The beauty of nature combines magically with the wonder of early 20th Century New Mexico history in 60-acre Pancho Villa State Park located in the heart of the Village of Columbus at the intersection of New Mexico State Road 11 and State Road 9. Explore the historic remains of Camp Furlong, home of the 13th U.S. Army Cavalry Division, while enjoying the scenic beauty offered by both mountain and desert landscapes, and several varieties of native New Mexico cactus and birds.
