The Mimbres-Paquime Connection (MPC) has developed strategic goals associated with the many issues pertinent to the MPC Project.

• The Mimbres-Paquime Alliance: It is the goal of the MPC to
  collaborate effectively with government entities, educational
  institutions, tourist and cultural organizations, and private entities
  for the development of regional, national and international
  programs.
  
  
• The Conservation of Natural and Cultural Resources: It is the
  goal of the MPC to assist in the management of the natural and
  cultural heritage resources of the Mimbres-Paquime region for
  educational, recreational and economic benefits.
  
  
• The Development of Infrastructure and Services: It is the goal of
  the MPC to assure that infrastructure and services are adequate to
  meet tourism needs, but are not detrimental to the conservation of
  natural and cultural resources along the MPC route.
  
  
• The Development of Tourism: It is the goal of the MPC to
  effectively promote the natural and cultural resources and tourist
  attractions in the MPC region at local, national and international
  levels.
  
  
• The Development of Educational Programs: It is the goal of the
  MPC to establish educational programs at all levels that foster a
  better understanding of the shared natural and cultural heritage of
  the Mimbres-Paquime region.
